Beach CrossXFit is a world-class CrossFit box and fitness studio located in the heart of Sri Lanka Beach, on Frazer Avenue, Dehiwala. In our 7,000 square-foot outdoor facilities, we offer broad training programs suitable for any fitness level. We take pride in our fitness facility and staff with only the best of the best. Our coaches have many years of CrossFit and fitness training experience and are excited to help you reach your goals.
Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: Constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) done at high-intensity. Functional movements promote the body’s natural movement patterns and are essential to building fitness that improves the quality of life. We train for longevity, we train for health, and most of all, and we train for fun! Beach CrossXFit is fully outfitted with equipment. Our gym has plenty of pull-up bars, ropes, free weights, kettlebells, and much, much more. More importantly, you’ll find a community of athletes of all abilities led by the best coaches to teach, motivate, and inspire group workouts throughout the day. We make sure that every workout leaves you feeling better and fitter than when you arrived.

Ben Perera is a Professional and sought-after physical fitness trainer with years of experience in strengthening, conditioning, and high-performance training.

Working with a variety of clients ranging from athletes to beginners on weight loss, muscle gain, core training, diet & nutrition, and general fitness training.

He has worked as a strengthening & conditioning & high-performance trainer at hambantota sharks rugby club, sharks sports academy, sri lankan airline, St. Peter’s College, colombo rugby team, american sports university as local and foreign experience as an international fitness trainer.

He has been currently working as the strengthening & conditioning & high-performance trainer at isipathana college, colombo & sri lanka national wrestling team.

He has then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health at the beach which is As according to the international standard. He has discovered a way to share with people the same power – the ability to bring change to your life. Beach Crossxfit offers a well-thought-out framework for continuous improvement. He has dedicated his life to being the best possible coach, mentor, and guides possible.
